Can I subscribe only to website hosting?
Yes. Hosting and Infrastructure Care is available from R450 per month, depending on website size, storage, traffic, email requirements and technical complexity.
Can I move between plans?
Yes. A client may upgrade to a higher Care Plan when support requirements increase. Downgrades are considered after the applicable commitment period and subject to the actual systems and services being managed.
Are domain renewal and software licences included?
No. Domains, premium plugins, hosting upgrades, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRM licences, booking tools, email systems and other third-party subscriptions are billed separately unless specifically included in a signed quotation.
Does the Growth and Visibility plan include paid advertising?
The plan includes basic digital-growth support and reporting. Paid advertising spend, advanced campaign management and advertising-platform charges are quoted separately.
Can Digitallula support systems that were built by another provider?
Yes, subject to a takeover assessment, access review, technical condition check and agreed scope of support.
What happens when I need work outside my monthly plan?
Digitallula will provide a separate quotation or confirm the additional hourly or project-based cost before starting the work.
